Meenangadi Grama Panchayath launched its project “Carbon Neutral Panchayath” on 5th June 2016. Dr. Thomas Isaac Minister for Finance, Govt of Kerala inaugurated the project. A video on the inaugural talk explaining the objectives and targets of the project.
