Mr. C. Jayakumar, Founder Trustee of Thanal participated in this television discussion.
Kerala Paristhithi Aikya Vedhi released a Kerala Green Development Agenda for inclusion in the Manifesto of political parties in the present State elections 2016.
This effort, the collective work of a number of activists, scientists, organisations and concerned individuals, started off with the “Emerging Kerala” projects in 2012, when many environmentalists across the state came together to collectively question the “Emerging Kerala” projects.
After 4 years of troubling struggles to keep watch on the precious ecological wealth of this state, we believe all political parties and future governments must commit and implement a green development agenda.
