“Last week, PM of India has made strong commitments to combat climate change and very dynamic pathways are laid out to achieve the targets. Meanwhile, There already have been several excellent initiatives already undertaken by various departments, Government agencies and local governments across the country that address significant climate issues and contribute to its mitigation and resilience. The report has documented eighteen such good practices from Kerala which can be replicated by many such organisations or Governments and we hope that this will also be a valuable reference document for researchers and practitioners the world over.”
